Noon Hill CFO was created by Dave Lawson to deliver high quality financial management to small, privately held companies.

Dave is an operationally focused, entrepreneurial financial leader with demonstrated success in driving the financial strategy in small to mid-sized organizations. Industry experience includes: media, nonprofit, broadcast, communications, telecom and tech. His background includes startups, financial integrations, acquisitions and managing established organizations. Dave is well versed in overseeing the budgeting cycles and strategic planning requirements of an organization during times of growth and during economic downturns.

 

As a Vice President with NBCUniversal, a division of Comcast Corporation, Dave directed the financial strategy for several portfolio companies with revenue ranging from $3M to $25M. Earlier in his career, Dave was the finance lead of the team that launched NECN.

 

Dave’s nonprofit experience includes providing fractional CFO services to clients in the health and human services, education and publishing sectors with revenue ranging from $6M to $16M. Dave currently serves on the board of a local nonprofit and provides nonprofit management consulting as a volunteer with Empower Success Corps (ESC).

 

Dave received his MBA from Babson College and a BS in Management from the University of Massachusetts, Boston. In addition, Dave is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
